ForTii (Ace) MX portfolio contains semiaromatic polyamides based on Envalior’s unique PA4T technology. ForTii MX is tested extensively in parts, since testing of tensile bars does often not represent the part complexity (ribs, weldlines, inserts) in the real world.

With the development of highly glass filled ForTii Ace, a material with a glass transition temperature of up to 160°C, Envalior opened up a new space in metal replacement. ForTii Ace enables metal replacement in parts that were not possible up to now, giving designers even more freedom to realize increasingly complex designs. This technology is perfectly tailored to automotive applications, such as enclosures (EPS, actuators, sensors), brackets, covers, fuel pumps and connectors

ForTii® - the PPA with power

ForTii is a platform of high performance semi-aromatic polyamides (PPA) based on the unique “C4” diamine technology that enables best-in-class mechanical properties due to the optimized crystallization morphology.

In addition, ForTii offers a unique balance of properties, including excellent dimensional stability, compatibility with lead free reflow soldering, and the highest stiffness and mechanical strength at extreme temperatures.
